# Post Chat survey in FB Integration

We integrated BPCC Agent desktop with facebook. does anyone how would webembed/include the post chat survey in the facebook messenger.

FB doesn’t support the forms we use for that purpose in web chat, so you would have to ask the questions in free form using scenario and save survey results using the Save Survey Result block.

Hi Sergey,
We noticed when we use “Send Message+” Block and checked “Wait for text input”, it’s not waiting for text input, it proceeds to go to the next block which question #2 thus messing our variables and chatter experience. This is happening only with FB messenger integration. Is this a known issue?

Update: When we increased the Wait block to “2” seconds from “1” second, it seems working fine.
