# Make Agent Break Time widget customizable

Currently the below metric on the agents desktop is made up of any ‘Custom Not Ready Reasons’. It would be great if it be customizable so we have the ability to select what ‘Custom Not Ready Reasons’ are used to make up this metric.

@greg.luttbrightpatte, Is this on the product development map? We have agents questioning this on occasion - specifically when we try to manage agent break time, but our agents don’t have an accurate picture of their break usage across the day.

Good day. Agent Break Time customization will become available with an upgrade we are planning for Q3 of this year.
