# IVR Time for Outbound Calls?

why would I see IVR time for an outbound call?

This can depend on the outbound type.  
Some outbound campaigns can run a scenario to perform logic prior to routing a call to an agent. Some outbound calls may be configured to send the customer to an end of call survey. Any time a scenario is in play is IVR time.
