The FetchURL block currently does not support SOAP calls

Full details of the block can be found here:

We are pleased to announce that SOAP/XML is now [supported] in FetchURL ([WhatsNew/Version5.26.0 - Bright Pattern Documentation](https://help.brightpattern.com/WhatsNew/Version5.26.0#Extended_Support_for_XML_in_Fetch_URL_Blocks))!

The FetchURL block has been enhanced to not only parse the response body but also to effectively send XML in the request body. This is made possible by the [$(varname,escapeXML)](https://help.brightpattern.com/5.19:Workflow-builder-reference-guide/VariableParameters) syntax, ensuring that the contents of the variable do not disrupt the XML structure.
