Bella, AFAIK that API is designed to work from a screen pop window, on an existing call/chat.

For cases when you want to host the widget, there is a bit more functions [5.8:Embedded-agent-desktop-sdk-specification/Purpose - Bright Pattern Documentation](https://help.brightpattern.com/5.8:Embedded-agent-desktop-sdk-specification/Purpose)

I also heard a similar API will be available in Full Agent Desktop soon.

Information provided is very helpful. I have gone through the list of available APIs but we need “Answer” function as well.
