# Could you please let me know if there is a way to include the globalInteractionId in the SIP Header when making an outbound call to an external destination?

I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether there is a way to include the `globalInteractionId` in the SIP Header when an agent opens the dial pad in Agent Desktop and makes an outbound call to an external number.
