Some of the customers receiving calls are getting the Called ID on their screen as SPAM. Is there a way to prevent this?

This is a new functionality offered by the cell carriers, and it is not related to our telecom carriers. Several companies have implemented this, notably T-Mobile offers this feature at no charge, however the other carriers offer it as well. This allows numbers to be tagged by **users** as Scam likely, and in turn the carriers pass this along as the caller id.
