# Agent's Dialpad Keeps Disappearing

I have a user that is having a unique situation take place and not sure what other troubleshooting steps to take. I was hoping that you all can kinda bring some light to this issue and assist in a resolution. Their dialpad keeps disappearing.

There is a toggle button on the left rail under your ready status and timer. Just click that so that the toggle is to the right.
